How status is calculated

Service status is based on automated HTTP checks and user reports. A single report is not treated as proof of a widespread outage. Pages display update times, report volume and available history.

Data limitations

Local internet, DNS, device, account, VPN or provider issues may differ from a general outage. An automated check also cannot verify every feature inside an app, so the data should be used as an informational signal.

Corrections

Incorrect or outdated information is corrected after review. Advertising does not affect status calculations or editorial conclusions.
