Observed data is separated from assumptions. An outage cause is stated only when an official source confirms it. Automatically generated material is structurally validated and must not invent contacts, dates or causes.

Updates and transparency

Pages are updated after status changes, new observations and editorial corrections. Material errors are corrected without changing the underlying monitoring data.
